Who am I?
Whether it be at home or in school, I have served those suffering with trauma throughout the community, particularly children and adolescents. I utilize a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling in an effort to foster hope, healing, mindfulness, and resilience.
Since completing specialized training on trauma-informed treatment, I have been using strength-based approaches, integrating various styles of therapy. My methods empower individuals to create, utilize, and maintain healthy space, boundaries, and balance within their everyday lives. Each client of mine will find a supportive environment where they can reach their treatment goals and become the best possible versions of themselves!
