Caroline Dale, MSW

Who am I?

As a supervisee in clinical social work, I believe that all people possess the ability to heal and thrive. I provide an LGBTQIA+ safe space for my clients, in order to help everyone navigate their unique life challenges. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending my time doing community work for Richmond through mutual aid.

Currently, I am earning my licensure under the clinical supervision of Emma Rixmann, LCSW, and Chelsea Cassidy, LCSW. I already possess a Master’s in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. My goal since the beginning has been to become a licensed clinical social worker; to that end, I have served practicums in a healthcare facility and a hospice agency. I continue to serve for the latter as a hospice social worker with passion and driven empathy!

In my spare time, I practice yoga, and carry that mindfulness into my treatment approach. My goal is to help clients recognize their own strengths by fostering therapeutic relationships based on warmth, authenticity, curiosity, and acceptance.

I love working with:
