Create Connections & Social Confidence
For teens who feel left out and are ready to build positive relationships.

Teens are built for social connection. When your teen feels bullied, lonely, left out, and rejected, making friends can feel impossible.
They may have trouble turning school friends into outside of school friends. They may be in a new school or a new grade. They may prefer online relationships and get anxious about building friendships in "real life." Sitting at home scrolling through social media is all they want to do, but it also makes them feel more isolated, sad, and inferior. They may be engaging in unhealthy behaviors in order to copy with their feelings.
It is so painful for them, and almost more painful for you to see your teen:

It is so painful for them, and almost more painful for you to see your teen:
- Avoiding parties and social events while feelings isolated and left out.
- Giving up previously enjoyed hobbies and too anxious to start new ones.
- Freezing up and unable to engage with peers.
- Obsess about the smallest detail of every social situation.
- Judge themselves negatively and ruminate on their every flaw.
- Becoming preoccupied with self image, body image, or appearance.
Our Confidence and Connection Group can help your teen:
- Learn how to create the healthy relationships that they see in their peers but never thought were possible for them.
- Develop practical tools that they can use to overcome social anxiety and defeat the unhelpful thoughts that keep them from engaging in life.
- Experience being included and accepted as they are so they can gain confidence in themselves.
