Ann Marie started working with ALP in January 2020. She has played an integral role in the group's high patient satisfaction ratings, excellent reputation, and the company's extreme growth. When she started, ALP had just 5 therapists and 1 office location. In just 2 years time, ALP grew to over 30 clinicians, 5 office locations, a billing coordinator, and a clinical director.
Ann Marie has over 25 years of healthcare, medical insurance, administrative, and customer service experience. She knows the value of good customer service, and strives to make each interaction a positive one.
Some of Ann Marie's roles as ALP's office manager include new client intakes, inquiries, appointments, insurance benefits, clinician schedules, office logistics, provider liaison, medication management support, website updates, and more.
In Ann Marie's free time she enjoys time with her daughter, their cockapoo "Dash", friends/family, and traveling. She finds joy in helping others, giving to those in need, and volunteering... all while juggling her tween's activities and social calendar.
